As there have been a batch of double miles awards, it would be interesting to get an idea how long the double miles are taking to come through. Could those who got their double miles give an indication when their redemptions were ? I redeemed 3 weeks ago (to new BAEC account) but did not get anything yesterday.
It would also be interesting to know what people's experiences are on the supposed security checks for large transfers (say over £300).
I processed £200 worth of CC vouchers and the BA Miles appeared overnight on 13th Feb. The bonus BA Miles posted approximately 10 days later on 23rd Feb.
Just to confirm I processed the CC vouchers through a virgin CC account to hit a virgin BAEC account. Also the CC vouchers that I used came from four seperate CC accounts: All for the same address, but two different surnames [Mother-in-law lives in a granny flat in the garden and conveniently never uses Tesco].
