There are two of this kind, one for 500 miles and the other for 400 miles.
For 500 miles you have to be an AOL member, but for the other you don't have to be it.

I signed up for j2.com for a free fax number which also works as a voice mail, and gave this number into the quote request screen. Shortly after this I received an email with attached sales person's voice message.
I prefer this way. I would never be bothered by sales calls...
