I also had to fight with the lounge dragons at this lounge (KLM IAH lounge) to gain access as a Plat on an international itinerary.

I asked them to pull out the rules, which they couldn't find. I showed them the rules on my computer, which didn't satisfy them.

Knowing I had full right to be there, I just told them to call their supervisor and walked right in. They called a sup, and didn't come after me...

This was a year+ ago, shame they're still trying to play games!
