This is a huge problem in IAH. You need to complain to both KLM and Delta. Delta now pays for this club in IAH; joint venture from Northwest. You were denied something you should not have been denied and you are platinum - totally unacceptable. This club in Houston is no longer a departure lounge and has not been for some time. The outsourced company that handles KLM in IAH is horrible. Again, please complain to Delta and KLM.
