No offence to you as it does look like pure rabble rousing (South Park reference...rablerablerable) but when taken as part of the whole SM uproar of late it is very mild and definitely tongue and cheek. I would also point out that he did post the "I love NW" search hits and NW had the edge. He is stirring the pot equally..

Owned. I've been owned except when I google "WBurcham hates Northwest" it's the same (5 results) as WBurcham hates us airways.
Though I am happy to hear that there is more love for me than hate. Strangely all of the hate seems to come from my good friend
