I'm 6'2", so I try to avoid row 1 by any means (this came after an LAX-BOS redeye), and I agree that the window seats do seem a bit more cramped due to the fuselage curvature. Honestly, I think the exit row has more legroom. Rows 2 and 3 are about equal to each other. Row 4 has a bit less recline.

For me, the ranking goes as follows (best to worst):
