I assume you mean lifetime miles? No. Lifetime miles (and I'm fairly certain GS qual) are based on FQTV.
My question was could I earn redeemable miles on bmi while still earning miles towards status or GS qualification on UA.

Said another way, if I flew 66.7k premium miles with UA and had my UA number in FQTS and my bmi number for FQTV (and earned bmi miles), would I become a 1k? Would this have any bearing on qualifying for GS?

The double dips seems too good to be true, but just want to confirm.
