Overhaul? Yes but not because of their look or age. Cabin attendant's main job is to ensure flight safety and to serve customers. As long as they are friendly and provide high level of customer service, they are good enough IMHO.
Sure, but we can always have a team of good looking FA to ensure flight safety and serve us. I do think that North American airlines need new blood in its system. If these current FA are so indispensible, it will only make their operations that much more dangerous if they hog their jobs and keep their knowledge and experience within their own generation of workers.
