Okay fine. Attempted theft of service. Her guilt isn't expunged because she got caught.
It may only be a suspected attempt at theft of service until proven in a court of law. In an effort to try to get a guilty plea, is the airline going to want to publicly acknowledge what you think happened and then publicly admit to choosing to do business with someone it considered a criminal? When honesty gets punished, the results aren't pretty.
