Does the FHR program give you the FS promo rates on the website?

I remember trying to book at the FS Maldives KH awhile back and the Amex rate was much more expensive than the FS website rate, so I didnt even book through them. (Before I knew about the PP program)

Also, I think another benefit is I can pay with whichever card I like.
