From memory, easyJet preboards passengers with small children, behind "Speedy Boarders" if I remember correctly, but before the majority of passengers.
It's only Ryanair which insists on online check in/printing of boarding passes, although easyJet allows OLCI 60 days in advance (which, I'd imagine, would enable most passengers to print onward and return boarding passes before leaving home). This might be only available to passengers who have no luggage to check; as I never put luggage into the hold, perhaps someone else could comment if OLCI is available for passengers who do.
Hope this helps.
P.S. Was in Vancouver last October. Loved it!
