If you want a reliable airline iŽd suggest to skip Cebu Pacific.@:-)
Had my "Waterloo" last year despite i was told to avoid them if i need to connect to another flight - even with many hours between flights -

Cebu Pacific does not cancel that often but is frequently late ( - or VERY late - ... )

Next time i will try Hongkong Express (UO).
They seem to be a little known/recognized airline !
Just their schedule is a bit "unconvenient" as their daily flights arrive in Manila late in the evening and depart very early in the morning ...
Fares are the same or slightly higher than those of Cebu Pacific

Cathay Pacific certainly is the most expensive solution followed by Philippine Airlines.
