Watching the traffic on this thread reminds me that just as the 'first class folks' believe the coach folks just don't get it, I think it goes both ways. Do you honestly believe that the coach passengers actually get a thrill of reading the material over your shoulders? Are there revelations in first class that the coach passengers can only learn while up in that hallowed area?

Years of traveling on both sides of the 'curtain' has convinced me that the 'class system in the air' imitates life on the ground. Some folks just believe they are entitled and there is no way to convince them otherwise. The responses from some of the people here are clear evidence of that.

All I ask that some of 'first classers' who responded here realize that using a restroom is not like driving a european luxury car nor choosing to eat prior to boarding. It is a physical necessity that even based upon outward physical appearances, may not be able to be controlled easily. Showing compassion however is a human reaction that can be controlled. Might be nice if was shown more often upon an aircraft...novel concept.

Just to note again, I fly 50% time in the front. No other reason other than legroom, at 6-6..it makes a difference
