my comments are solely aimed at domestic flights. on international flights, the only beef i have with steerage class pax using the bathrooms up front is that if a line forms, people will stand there and fart on me, which i find offensive. that said...

i think on my next flight, i will saunter up to F with the sunday NY times folded under my arm, and go sit in their lav for an hour or so.

i dont know why everyone gets so hung up about the use of a friggin bathroom. come on folks, when we fly in first, we get big comfy seats, free drinks, faster service, and something approaching real food. if the vermin back in steerage want to come up and void themselves over our hallowed hole, its fine with me.

people act as if the coach pax are coming over to their HOUSE and using the bathroom. its a plane, its a couple of hours! do the crossword, take a nap, RELAX! if you are so special, what the hell are you doing flying on commercial aircraft?! why arent you in *your* plane? why doesnt your client send the jet for you?

let's not let that big leather seat and the 4 dollar discount on drinks fool us, we arent special. first class is designed for the sole purpose of making people feel 'elite' and special, to generate outlandish gross margins on the seats. its a trick. it feels good when you are tired, i will admit, but its still a trick.

and dont forget, its just a bAAthroom.
