What's a good email address to use to contact someone at the Westin Regina Europa in order to discuss upgrading our room using points? Starwood International reservations booked the room for us using points, but could only upgrade to partial canal view. We need to contact the hotel direct to use more points to upgrade further. I'm aware of the regular hotel email address. Is that the appropriate email or is there a manager's email available? If you have one and want to PM me, please do. Thanks!
UPDATE 3/2/10: The Westin Regina Europa replied to my email so all is well.
