I believe one should be able to upgrade to a Cityscape suite from executive suite. Personally, I paid the Cityscape rate to upgrade to the Dynasty suite (they didn't cut me a break and offer me the double upgrade that BenjaminNicholas got).
The video doesn't work, I just get a picture of the dynasty suite. I don't see a rate for the Cityscape suite under MO reservations. Did you feel it was worth paying the Cityscape suite rate to get upgraded to the Dynasty suite?
