I don't recall, it was several years ago. I filled out the online form, and (as I hinted at above) discovered immediately that "my" license plate was already registered. I'm not sure what the one "business day" is for that you're referring to, obviously it takes a little time before they send you the actual EZPass transponder in the mail.
