finally...FewMiles told one of his "angels" about my case...I received an email from the very helpful staff the same day...what I then needed to do was just to give my name and AAdv #...my emails and fax (ticket/boarding passes) were found and confirmed to be eligible...and the miles were posted within a few hours !!
