Tonight, I called and upgraded an upcoming DTW-LAS flight using one of these SWU certs.

I also feel it's a waste to use the SWU on a domestic route, but since DL made these certs unusable for international leisure travellers, I feel that I have no choice.

Did I get the upgrade? Yes.
Did the experience leave a bad taste in my mouth? Yes.
