Well, as to operations within Asia, a single flight a day ex-NRT to a handful of destinations with no meaningful possibility of connections other than to/from US does not strike me as a significant presence within Asia, hence why I discounted it and did not mention UA either for *A.
As to operations TO Asia, then we would have to add all carriers throughout the world that serve destinations in Asia (AF, KL, etc... in ST, LH,LX,NZ,etc... in *A, BA, QF, etc.. in OW).
