Checked EF, booked on DL.com, called PSS and confirmed I was using PMUs. Turned in PMUs at airport today.

If there is NO upgrade inventory availablie, supposedly you can use them on the day of departure at the airport if there are still seats available up from (this is something new for 2010).
Andy, thanks a bunch!

So, I guess the next logical question, as others have asked, is "does this 'at the airport' use of the PMU/SWU trump the existing upgrade list for the medallion complimentary upgrades?

I guess the question would be answered by finding out if the PMU/SWU that is used at the airport, day of the flight, would take the seat from the same fare class as an advance-use PMU/SWU...

I guess we'll see??
