Thanks for the clarification and update! I think that you are still going to get some questions, however, as your wording still doesn't make it clear if "those who continue to reach the Diamond Medallion threshold" references those who have previously reached it in a particular year and keep reaching it in
future years, or if it references those who hit the Platinum Medallion qualifying level and press on to then reach the Diamond Medallion qualifying level in the
same year. Perhaps you could say, instead,
"Moving forward, starting with earnings in 2010 for status in 2011 and beyond, members who reach the Platinum Medallion threshold will be offered one choice, and members who continue to reach the Diamond Medallion threshold
within that same year will receive two additional choices."
Would this be an accurate representation of what you are trying to convey?
As you know, your posted FAQ states:
"If I have already chosen a benefit at Platinum, but then qualify for Diamond do I get 2 more?
Effective March 1, 2010, customers reaching Platinum status and Diamond status in the same year will be able to choose 1 benefit when reaching the Platinum level and 2 additional when hitting the Diamond level."
And Jeff has stated, on FT:
"For those current Platinum Medallions who earn the new Diamond Medallion status, in addition to the four systemwide upgrades, they will receive two additional choice-benefits including the ability to have six additional systemwide upgrades for a total of 10 systemwide upgrades."
Both of these indicate that those of us who touch PM qualifying levels and then press on to touch DM qualifying levels within the
same year will get one PM selection and an
additional two DM selections.
