I am wondering how you go about booking an AA ticket on EVA and secure a seat in their Evergreen Deluxe class.

The AA web site only offer "coach" - Does that effectively rule out Evergreen Deluxe for all of us that want to ticket on AA?

I understand that Evergreen Deluxe is about $200.00 more than regular coach/economy and well worth it at 38" of leg room.
