Just a little update from the always helpful Kevin... Looks like those DM's through 2012 should log back in and select their PM benefits... however still waiting for resolution on the PM benefit for 2010. So 1/2 way there.

You can now go online and select your PM and DM Choice Benefits for earning Diamond Medallion status for year 2011.
As for item #1 below, still working with the SkyMiles team on this one.

I asked:
1) If I understood correctly, as a DM in 2010, I should receive 4 SWU's as a "PM" & 2 choice benefits as a DM. Will those SWU's be emailed, mailed or will they eventually show up online?
2) Since I qualified as a DM for 2011 already, shouldn't I be able to select PM for 2011 & DM for 2011 choice benefits? I saw others on FT who were able to but I cannot
