Thanks for the number - they were the only people within Chase who knew anything. However, they were adamant that the docs had to be copied and sent in by mail, faxed in, or a branch could send them in for me - so I told them to cancel the app, I'm not interested.

I'm not risking a stolen identify over a net $75 Travelbank credit.
