The Asiamiles number is always busy...

successful contact: only 1 time at CNY holiday 2am HKT

Left Voicemail: usually call back 1 day, but if in case you are in a meeting and ask them to call back say 30mins later? it will be another day. If you cannot answer the phone? They left you a voice mail and no specific way to contact them with a specific directline or case/call number...so you are back to the whole calling, waiting, voicemail process...

Tonight again...I was on hold with music for over 30mins...and I cannot even left a voicemail...(it is now 2:45am HKT)

The issue is... the online booking cannot do many things that a hotline agent can do...esp waitlisting...

Now...I really love AA, only too bad I am now residing in HK...
