Twice I've been on EZ when they've stopped the manual demo across the entire aircraft to tell pax to shut up, before resuming the entire thing. Nothing like a bit of public mortification to do the job It was very impressive of their crew actually - but then the BRS based crew do take cabin safety extremely seriously.
