Me too but not for OP's travel dates where best advance purchase, nonrefundable Flex- rate is a just the other side of that mark at USD$215 incl tax, which really is not bad for this hotel which gets very good reviews and is in a good location. The caveat is the inflexible room rate.

My advice OP is to hold the Four Points rate, if able, and keep an eye out for a better travelzoo rate which is what I'm doing for 3 nights at end of May. Don't forget to surf the IHG forum as the Friends & Family rate can be very good though like all the other prepaid rates completely inflexible.
