1. The Award Calender (dis)functionality
2. Why did I not get upgraded?
3. I hate Delta and I feel everyone should know because wallowing in my self pity just doesn't cut it anymore, I want to share it with the world!
4. Or even publicly announcing to the entire forum that he/she is "done" with Delta, as though they are looking for someone to beg them to stay around.
.......been a looonnggggg week(end), that felt good.
You forgot #5s, 6 and 7.
5. DL defenders, employees and those connected with DL employees excusing the bait-and-switch of DL.COM when it comes to booking awards. Interestingly, in ways that they would never excuse on behalf of vendors of iPods or other product.
6. DL defenders et al. proudly annoucing they've managed to find a standard level SM award and inviting other celebrants to the table - as if this were a signal, meritorious achievement worthy of being widely publicized. But wait...with SM, they're right, it is an achievement of some magnitude!
7. The daily discovery of new, underhand, covert tactics designed by SM management to frustrate and deny award redemption, or to increase the cost of itins specifically for SMM etc. These involve methods of diabolic cunning such as browser persistence, disappearing awards at moment of ticketing, time and routing limits for SMS redemption requests etc.
Yes, indeed, you're right it's been a long week - some of which has been spent on Skype with SMS. That feels better...
