I recently flew CA for some domestic routes. On every flight, the FA greeted me by name because of my *G status and presented me with a special selection of newspapers. While they did not give me comp-ups, I was pleasantly surprised by their kind gesture. Also, regardless of the quality of the food, CA served meals on every flight I was on.
