it is good to see that this issue was resolved...

i wonder if the "issue" at this property will change how SPG Gold members get assigned when checking-in. From a hotel's point-of-view, all they have to do is assign Gold members to "enhanced" rooms. If it was really the policy of the hotel to give club access/amenities to plats and those that paid for it, might just not place Gold members on those floors anymore, and no more "issues", although this would be a , but it can happen
