United gets my vote...
2009 was Global Services with both AA and United. 2010 am Exec Plat AA and 1K United. United is always waitlisted for SWU. AA confirms almost always at the time I call to make the reservation. Also, United is almost always full in first domestic, AA I have never missed a domestic upgrade to first.
