flying from sea-iad-pit. i have already upgraded sea-iad with a cr-1

after a 20 minute hold time earlier this morning I was finally able to speak to a representative who's computer wasn't working so she had to re-boot it which was another 5-6 minutes.

when she finally is ready she says
agent: "how can i help you?"
me: "hi, i would like to add a confirmed regional to my flight"
agent: "i don't know what that means."
me: "a confirmed regional...cr-1 to upgrade to first"
agent: "oh, an upgrade"

she then takes my flight details and says she put in the upgrade but cannot confirm it and asks me if i am sure i want to do it.
i said yes and she said its all done
at this point im a little nervous that she screwed something up

i check the res on .bomb and usually when an upgrade is waitlisted it shows the flight in coach as confirmed and another line shows the same flight information but its for the upgrade as waitlisted.
however, now it doesn't show the confirmed coach, it only shows the upgrade being waitlisted. should i be worried? should i call back?
