Well, it wasn't a chain when it first opened a number of years ago, and IMHO, the quality hasn't deteriorated, so I'm not sure why this would be an issue.

Well, I wouldn't say "many" ways, but certainly in "some" ways. Mexican being one of them, and also Thai. But there's some decent sushi/pan-Asian (Fusha West, Amber, Haru, Momoya, Neo) and some excellent Indian (Mughlai), for example.
