I spent New Year's Eve at the Ivy Hotel's nightclub twice, and it is a very good time. I would caution about the noise from the nightclub and rooftop lounge which stays open until 2:00 am Thursday thru Sunday, as it is NOT family friendly. I visited this hotel specifically for the NYE nightlife, although I did not stay there, and I highly recommend a visit to the lounge or nightclub. I do not expect any major changes to this hotel from Hyatt other than rebranding.
