A property, no matter how crowded should never deviate from the expected level of service. I can't imagine what it was like this week when the golf tournament was actually happening. I could see it being bad leading up to, during and immediately after the tournament.

This is true and I recognize this and do speak in basic Spanish when in Mexico. Same with French and the properties in Quebec. Hardest is speaking in New Yorker at the Plaza.
