Just had a short stay here..

The property is beautiful but major issues with the management. There was a PGA tournament on and the general manager was very clear that his priority was these "higher paying guest". He also was clear he could not care less about Flyertalk and tripadvisor...when I told him of previous reviews he was very clear that tripadvisor reviews are "inconsequential".


Did not seem to care at all about Plat status. Shame because this very nice property is going to lose a lot of customers due to the attitutes prevalant there.

ON check in, the agent told me that I was on NFAF rates, and this was a "very low priority" and that using a suite upgrade I was getting a "free suite" and should be very happy considering.
