I'd go with TAP. Despite BA being my airline of choice, the last time I went to LIS I flew TAP as unlike BA all their shorthaul aircraft have decent exit row seats, and they still serve a sandwich in Y. With BA you could get an A320 where the exit row seats are worse than the normal seats.
