I somehow had a very different experience for my recent stay at Sheraton Walkerhill and W Walkerhill seoul. Ok, the bellmen at both properties were always nodding their head whenever there were eye contact or when customers passing by. And, some bellmen at W even remember my last name. I guess that's because the lady at the whatever whenever desk took my photo. She did mention something about building personal information profiles. And, upon my last check out, I was switching between W and Sheraton, a lady from club lounge insist on carrying at least one of my luggage to the shuttle bus stop.
And, on my last day, Sheraton upgraded me to a royal suite when I was only paying a very cheap rate at 11200W for an annex room. What else can I said, I was very happy for these two properties.
