Cowboy Ciao (unique southwest/ American) in Old Town Scottsdale
Roka Akor (Japanese) on Scottsdale Road
Maestro's Steakhouse (Old Town) or J+G steakhouse (in Phoenician Hotel)
Any Fleming's Steakhouse
second to Kai, Vincet's or T Cook's
I also liked District in the Sheraton Hotel but this is more hip/ modern
