I just book a flight from JFK to IST. Same problem, booked as a 767-400 and seat map appears to be a 767-300. Anyone back from one of the previous trips?

I have never been on a 767. I was looking at C or E seats, hoping for an empty middle seat. Do I need to choose C? Is there an AVOD box on E.
I am 5 10 so I dont need the exit row, which are all booked on the flight.
