Not too bad, all in all...but the key is location, location, location. I've been lucky and booked either 17H/J (the "private" cabin usually reserved for crew rest) or the middle section of row 21 (exit row with unbelievable roomy seat pitch). Both were just fine for me, but I'm short and thin and fit into coach seats OK.
