Westin Market Street...upgraded to suite, no breakfast, internet for a fee
Westin St. Francis...upgraded to corner room, vouchers for free beverage from Carusos, internet for a fee
Le Meridien San Francisco...upgraded to excutive rooms/suites, no breakfast, internet for a fee
Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf...basic rooms and suites, breakfast vouchers, internet in the lobby free, but fee in room.
Westin SFO...upgraded to Bay View, no breakfast, fee for internet
Sheraton SFO (now the Hilton)...upgraded to club floor, club lounge, fee for internet although there were 2 workstations in the lobby

Grand Hyatt San Francisco...upgraded to club floor, club lounge, free internet
Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf...upgraded to deluxe room, full breakfast at Knuckles, free internet
Hyatt Regency SFO...upgraded to junior suite/club floor, club lounge, free internet

So there you go. As you can see a bit more bang for the buck at Hyatt

*I've also stayed at the W SF and have usually been upgraded to high floor corner rooms, but none of the Hyatt are marketed at the "W" market so didn't include it
So the trade off is you might get a suite at the SF SPG properties, but no lounge and no free internet. And if you really want or need a suite at Hyatt, you can use one of your suite ug certs if you're a Diamond.
