Considering that you're flying just one way from LIS to LHR, I'd definitely go for TP. The TP lounge in Lisbon is only a few months old and is a thousand times better than the dodgy AF lounge that BA uses at LIS.

The food and drink offering in this lounge are very good, including Portuguese wines and beer on tap. They also have a few hot nibbles and proper espresso coffee.

The inflight product is not very relevant in intra-Europe Y, but you'd get a sandwich on TP. I don't know what you'd get on BA as I haven't flown Y, but on my last flight two weeks ago I heard the purser saying that there would be sandwiches in the EuroTraveller cabin
