Can I ask about choice of footwear for females (and males I guess) ?
Typically female CC wear heels (nothing outrageous), which looks elegant and professional. However, I've noticed that walking in heels can make a noise - particularly in some of the older planes on a night flight (I recall a particularly bad nights sleep in CW on a 767).

Would it be sensible to change into flats for a night flight ? (or at least after the lights go out)
