Both cabin crew and ground staff have the choice of short or long sleeve shirts/blouses. This applies to male and female staff.

Females also have the choice of skirts or trousers. Men don't have that choice

Cravats/ties are red, white and blue for main staff. CSD's have silver and blue ties/cravats, as do duty managers in the airport.
