You know better than anyone else here that the resolution is the quick upper-body pat-down after you cross the magnetometer. What she described what happened was completely different.
Further, reading between the lines of several of your posts in other threads, plus what you say about yourself in your profile tells me you're a screener somewhere in the State of California, or in a neighboring state. Where exactly is not the point.
The point is you probably don't understand how sports is taken on the East Coast, especially the I-95 corridor. Philadelphia is famous for booing Santa Claus, throwing batteries at players and for cheering when Michael Irvin had what appeared to have a very serious injury.
Last but not least, how many NFL facilities do you know that have a holding cell and judge at the ready for its football games? Philadelphia's Veterans Stadium did.
So, the possibility (and that's what it is....a possibility) of a person wearing a Cowboys jersey in Eagles territory getting mistreatment from the Philadelphia TSA is entirely plausible.
This really boils down to stupidity....on the passengers' part.
