Centara hotels (mainly in Thiland) have some hotels shared with Sofitel, some apparently not. I am not sure of the terms of the agreement between the 2 companies...

Do we earn A-Club points at all centara hotels or only the ones shared with Sofitel?

How about hte perks? I'm A-Club gold and going to Centara Hotel in Krabi (apparently not Sofitel, since there is a Sofitel a few blocks away ) in May, can I ask for an upgrade you think?

(The Centara in Krabi was highly recommended over the Sofitel btw)
