Why are B fares supposed to be higher than M fares? Or Y fares lower than D fares?
The M fares are often available on non-stops only so you'd have to construct the trip you are looking for as a couple different fares rather than a single fare for the B. And it is entirely possible that the D fare has different restrictions than the Y fare that make it less flexible.
CO publishes a CRP-BUH fare:
CO CRPBUH B1FFE fare (rules) , psgr type ADT $1457.50
That gets you all the way. I don't see an M fare published by CO in that market.
I've not looked up the rules on the D fares in question but there is probably something in there that makes them more restrictive.
