At out stations, the gates are usually the same, but at T5, it would be really helpful to have gate information. This information would be especially useful when one is sitting in the corner of a lounge away from the departure displays.

I know it is common practice at US airports and for US airlines (even for departures from foreign airports).

My understanding is that gates change frequently at T5. Because T5A and T5B are so busy even the slightest delay in a flight leaving a jetty can mean that the next flight scheduled to use that jetty will have to go elsewhere!
